Product DescriptionThe K&H Thermo Kitty Mat is an affordable heated sleeping mat with a dual thermostat heater buried beneath soft foam to make a comfortable napping place for cats. The surface of the bed will remain 12-15 degrees above ambient air temperature and warms to 102 degrees when in use. The product is designed such that the surface will only warm to full temperature when the pet is on the mat. Cover is removable for washing. Indoor use only One year limited warranty How do they work? K&H’s low wattage, pressure sensitive heating elements heat the bed to approximately 15° above room temperature when unoccupied and to 102° (a dog or cats normal body temperature) when occupied. That’s what makes them so appealing to pets and energy efficient.
