 great product, not so great seller

I had received this product before from my vet, and have been happy with the results. My little guy suffers from IBD (inflamed bowel disorder) and often has diarrhea. A day or 2 on this product and he's back to normal. The fortiflora was shipped from the seller and i received it relatively quick - the bubble envelope and the box the product came in was crushed and twisted. I was willing to overlook the crushed box BUT packets inside were twisted together and apparently one of the packets inside was compromised and had gotten all everything. I called right away about sending it back and the guy on the other end couldn't have cared less about my issue or even why I wanted to return it. I had to check on line about their return policy, the guy I spoke to didn't give me alot of information. I was kind of expecting better customer service. Now I'll have to check to see if my credit card was credited. I'm just going to buy it from the vet from now on.

This product is INCREDIBLE! After trying product after product and short of pulling my hairs out to get my sick cat to eat, I decided to try this. Lo and behold, from the moment I pulled out a package, my cat was hooked and started gobbling away like crazy! He absolutely craves this stuff! I sprinkle just a tiny amount on his food when his appetite is poor. No more diarrhea to worry about! I now have a cat, who was severely underweight and lethargic, healthy and very energetic again. Not crazy about Purina products but this is one product Purina has done right.

My 3 cats LOVE these pro-biotics and won't eat the dry food without them now. I am impressed with the product and that they are finally considering alternative, preventative treatments for animals too! It is proven to help the immune system and I and my cats are happy campers! My vet charged me $26.00 a box, so I always order the forti-flora from here as it is a bit cheaper. I highly recommend this product for your pets!
